How do I create a Customer Login?
When you first place an order, a customer account will be created for you based on your email address and a password of your choice. You will now be able to login and view your orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal or Google Checkout. Therefore we can accept payment through all bank accounts and major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express. It's quick, easy and safe to use PayPal or Google Checkout.
How do I use Google Checkout to pay?
Go to your basket and select the Google Checkout button rather than the Checkout button. Don't go straight to the checkout as you won't have the option of selecting Google Checkout here.
When will I be charged?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
Do you deliver Worldwide? Yes, we can deliver just about anywhere. How quickly do you dispatch an order?
Most orders are sent out within 5 days, but please note we aim to dispatch your goods within 14 days of receipt of order, subject to stock availability. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
What are your delivery charges?
Within UK: Free delivery for orders of £20 or more. Otherwise standard shipping of £2.50 applies.
Europe: Recorded delivery is £10.90 per order.
Worldwide: Recorded delivery is £16.90 per order.
A signature will generally be required on delivery.
Who do you use to make deliveries?
Royal Mail.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, you can by emailing us at info@vagabondvan.com within 24 hours. However, be warned that we can be fast at dispatching your order so you must let us know of any changes as quickly as possible.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition, for a refund or replacement. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items on SALE.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
Do I have to pay customs or import charges?
This applies to orders outside of the UK. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Is ordering online secure?
All personal information submitted to vagabondvan.com is fully protected and we promise that it will NOT be sold or given to any third party. We use PayPal or Google Checkout as our payment processors, which means you have the assurance of two of the largest Internet companies in the world. PayPal and Google Checkout do NOT disclose any of your card details to us. Your internet browser helps you recognise when you visit a secure page on our site as a small lock icon appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your internet browser. This means the information on the page is protected and safe. Additional online security is provided by SSL (secure socket layer) encryption which prevents any unauthorized transmission of your personal information.
