DELIVERY & AVAILABILITY
Most orders are sent out within 5 days, but please note we aim to dispatch your goods within 14 days of receipt of order, subject to stock availability. We will endeavor to inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
A signature will generally be required on delivery.
Free delivery for UK orders of £20 or more. Otherwise standard shipping of £1.50 applies to all orders under £20 within the UK.
Europe recorded delivery is £10.90 per order.
Worldwide recorded delivery is £16.90 per order.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & PRICES
Every effort will be taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct. However, due to the hand-finished nature of some of our products, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.
RETURNS
We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition, for a refund or a replacement.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
PRICES
All photos and prices are guides, correct at time of printing and inclusive of VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to increase prices.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by Vagabond Van and we will provide you with an order acceptance or rejection notice as soon as is reasonably possible.
Vagabond Van reserves the right to cancel any accepted orders prior to delivery at our discretion (whether or not payment has already been charged, in which case we will immediately issue an appropriate credit to your payment card account).
Vagabond Van does not accept liability for losses specific to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or inconsequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property, or wasted expenditure.
